Continue to refactor the theme-related code #748

This patch breaks up the ambiguously named theming.rb and pushes it into tint_colors.rb, in particular all the code for creating the various images.

This is probably all I'm going to do on the theming for now – this is "good enough" and a definite step in the right direction.

The "merge pull request" build seems to be stuck checking out the repo, so merging manually.
