For #741

Create a new collection/layout for "articles"
Rejig the articles/homepage to use the new collection
Add a random selection of articles every time you load the homepage
Remove the old /writing/ page
Exclude a few more images
Reduce the size of the /articles/ page, both relative to the current state of the refactor and prior to the refactoring
