Add dark mode images for my "underlining in LaTeX' post #818

This is one of my most popular posts, and it's pretty easy to make the images work in dark mode – I just inverted the colour graph thing-y using the colour controls in Preview.app.

I also discovered a small bug in my picture plugin that meant non-dark images weren't getting a white background in dark mode. Oops! Fixed now.
