Add a trailing slash to the ID of new RSS feed entries #850

This is a first step towards https://github.com/alexwlchan/alexwlchan.net/issues/787

New posts will get a trailing slash in their <id> element so they're the complete URL, but I can't remove this workaround until all the existing posts fall off the end of the RSS feed.
