Download .po files compiled as .mo #20

It would help to be able to export an xpi for mozilla and .po (even .mo)
files for a specified language and product at request, as a means for
translators to quickly distribute their work and get feedback.

You can already export any file or the whole project if you have the necessary 
rights.

Exporting as xpi its more of a dream now because it's hard to automatically 
create an
xpi from the mozilla CVS structure. 

So I'll modify this issue for allowint to export compiled .po (.mo) and xpi

The CVS structure is very different to the xpi structure, that is the problem. 
And
neither I or anyone else that I know has found the relationship between the too.

I'm using a home made script that manages to do this by some matchings, but I'd
prefer to know the exact relation between them. I'll do some research.

XPI export is heavily based on Mozilla's build system and was implemented in 
the Mozilla build plugin. .mo files are generated, but you need to easily 
download them one by one, so I'll keep this open for .mo files.
