Provide pager on bottom of the page #289

Please provide pager (Previous | 1...2 | Next) at the bottom of the translation 
page. This is a good UX feature.

It would be good to have pager at the top and bottom of the page. I think the 
'more' allows users move to next page but not to other pages quickly.
