In Firefox Aurora, 
http://a.maimult.ro/lmo/files.php?l=hy-AM&p=28&pf=/toolkit/chrome/global-region&
s= the file region.properties, mentioned in the error is set not to be exported 
and the file is needed to build a language pack.

You need to export that file in Firefox Aurora to get a Thunderbird Aurora 
language pack.

Can I disable the generation of a langpack?
I don't need it.

I marked it to not export because I don't want to land changes unto hg for that 
file in case anyone does translations in that file.

You can't, but the langpack generation is done after the export, so the 
exported zip is valid.
