I have an already intergrated seurat object (from BD Rhapsody) and their AIRR output.
How Can I input this case into Platypus?
I found solution for GEX following vignette, section 3.1.4 Input a processed Seurat object,
and for VGM following vignette, section 4. “I want to import an AIRR table as a Platypus VGM”.
Is it okay?
and is there any major requirement?
