Modifying VDJ_VJ_usage_circos for groups of samples+other questions #43

Hello,

I have a vgm matrix that includes 19 samples. Some questions pertaining to the VDJ_VJ_usage_circos function.

-When I run the VDJ_VJ_usage_circos function, only 18 samples are being processed. The last sample's chord diagram never shows up. This seems strange because I am able to perform other analyses (such as bar plots) using the last sample. How can I fix this?

-Is there any way to add a "group.by= " command for the VDJ_VJ_usage_circos function? I am interested to see the V and J pairings for 5 patient samples and 5 healthy samples collectively as groups.

Also, is there any way to change the colour for VDJ_VJ_usage_circos function?
