Duplicated code causing a bug in VGM_integrate #60

Hi,

I'd like to report a bug in the code: VGM_integrate

line75 is a duplicate of line80 and either should be removed so that no necessary columns are removed, which otherwise leads to an error when running vgm_integrate().
