VDJ_GEX_overlay_clones highlighted cells don't match with clonotype frequency in GEX #61

Hi,

I got an output of from VDJ_GEX_overlay_clones but the plot seems to be questionable because the number of clonotypes highlighted by each colour does not match with clonotype frequency in the GEX metadata. overlay The orange clonotype9 should only have 3 cells but 6 cells are highlighted; Green clonotype6 has 4 cells but only 3 cells are shown:
