It would be cool if there was a central place to find capes.

Except I don't think there's that many capes to be found? Nevertheless I echo your wish entirely.

If you would like to create an ListOfCapes.md file with links to some high quality capes and send in a PR I would be happy to accept.

I'll do my best to upload my sets on GitHub again. I just have to make new previews for the cursors and perhaps split the sets up so that there's a possibility to download sets individually - which will make it seem like there's much more cursor sets - which in turn will benefit my reputation as a very prolific cursor maker. Everybody wins.
