Animation nearly stops after few seconds when nothing else moving on screen #183

I dont know if this a system level bug or something you can fix. But basically the animation gets super slow playing after couple seconds when there is no movement on the screen. It works fine when the mouse is moving, or you have a video open for example, but when nothing is moving the animation gets super slow.

Hardware: M1 Macbook Pro 2020

I found a cheap fix for it though, and it's setting a video wallpaper with the "Backgrounds.app". keeps the screen moving on the edges of the dock at all time, thus solving the issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5KKeHRTe1c
