my cape only works when i hover on dock, not working normally on desktop

@KatZura-G @mr-far @MonotoneDevelopment Hey! I just figured out the problem exactly 23 seconds ago so I want to share it with u guys as well the fix to your problem is to reset your pointer control by going to your system preferences < accessibility < display < scroll down and clickreset` and now create a new cape apply your cape!! hope it helps <3
