Can't open Mouse and Accessibility settings after running Mousecape

I downloaded Mousecape, made some custom cursors, then set it to that. It only showed up on the dock and menus, but that's beside the point. I wanted to change some accessibility settings, but it said "Preferences Error: Unable to Load Accessibility Settings Pane." And, when I go to Mouse settings, System Preferences completely freezes and does not respond further. Please help
