Cursor seems to only change when interacting with OS components (Settings, Dock, etc.). #216

I'm running macOS 13.5.1 (22G90) on an Apple Silicon device. Using Mousecape seems to only apply the cursor themes to certain macOS components. Mission Control, the Dock, and Settings app (but only the right pane - not the left side with the sub-menus) are three I've noticed. Also, if I right-click the status bar that also temporarily shows the cursor theme whilst I'm holding down the click.

I understand the project is quite old and unmaintained, however some users suggest it does work on Ventura (see comments n https://github.com/alexzielenski/Mousecape/issues/210) and so I'm hopeful that it still does.

Same here. Seems to only work on OS components with macOS Sonoma.
