Dear Eclopia, I guess you are missing something, no offense. MouseCape works with a cursor set, rather than with individual cursors. So, the import is for that kind of file types, called .cape. In your third screen shot, I see 2 .zip files, probably each containing a .cape file. So, try to unzip these files and if a .cape file results, try to import this. Anyway, post the result here, please. Problem solved or we will look and assist further. Cheers, Nord

I think maybe i just have the wrong type of file since the unzipped file doesn't have a .cape file, just a list of the separate png files. I got this cursor off Ko-Fi since I use the same one on windows (I have bootcamp) And wanted them to match, the file download says mac version and includes mouscape but theres no .cape file.
You can do 2 things: either look for a .cape matching your desired cursor set or construct the .cape by yourself, with the provided .png's. (File --> New Cape (or Cmd+N), and then lots of drag'n'drop). BTW: which cursor did you download from Ko-Fi?
I go to import and it doesn't let me, is this a problem with the cursor I downloaded or am i missing something?
