add Simplified Chinese localization (zh-Hans) #98

@L1cardo thank you for your contribution! I apologize for my absence. I am very interested in adding Chinese support for Mousecape but since I don't speak the language I am hesitant to simply merge right away. Are you at all interested in talking offline about these translations?

Very excited to hear Mousecape is popular in China!

It has been a long time since I pulled this request, I was fresh then, so there may be some mislocalizations. But now I got improvements :p I will relocalize the app and test it on my mac to see if it works on macOS Catalina
