When no-thumbnail, generate one during import #26

Actual

"Valid" annotations results have thumbnail "null" The format of thumbnail need to be reworked (see #25 )

When importing a result file with no thumbnail, the screen is black

Expected

When importing a result with no thumbnail, thumbnail must be generated as the fisrt image of the first gif User should be able to change the thumbnail manually at the beginning of his annotation session
