elisp/guix-devel.el (guix-devel-ffap-patch-directories): New variable. (guix-devel-ffap-patch): New procedure.
elisp/guix.el: Add 'ffap' to "Package-Requires" header.
doc/emacs-guix.texi (Development): Document this.

I adjusted docstring and the manual text a bit and applied as a393cce24f70b1018d9e8e91680dac2fc43bcfed. Thank you!

Oh, also adding ffap to "Package-Requires" header (in guix.el) is not needed as ffap is a part of Emacs. This commentary header is needed for emacs build system (i.e. for users who install Emacs-Guix from MELPA) to automatically install all the required third-party dependencies.
