Tap tempo not working #435

As the title says. When connected to any midi software, there is no message sent when "Tap" is used as action. Midi clock is enabled interfaces. Midi monitors show no incoming signal.

Tap action do do sent any MIDI message. It is used to modify the BPM of MIDI Clock.
