Registering package w/ NPM #140

Hey, are you guys thinking about registering this with npm? It would be nice to have version numbers and not worry about the repo changing without forking it.

Nevermind, you can just do "dynatable": "alfajango/jquery-dynatable#v0.3.1". Though it would still be nice to have it in npm.
