Frozen Columns #97

Hi Steve,

Just wondering, Is there is any option to freeze few (2 or 3) columns in the table like we do it MS Excel sheet. So the rest of the columns comes with scroll bar exactly like Excel sheet and what about an option to hide or show columns in the table???

Not currently any support for this, and not sure how exactly we'd do this. Related to #58, it may be possible to use another lightweight plugin along with dynatable for this. I'd certainly entertain the idea though if someone came up with a nice relatively clean way of doing this.
