Bring up to date with Minecraft version 1.11 #34

In Minecraft 1.11, there are several new careers and a new villager type. The "vanilla" trade trees need to be updated, the new Spigot jars need to be referenced, and the method for determining villager career needs to be changed.

I haven't been working on it at all. I welcome pull requests, though.

Just out of curiosity, can I specify cartographer: default and have it generate those trades instead of it simply making them a librarian? I realize this hasn't been updated, and with my abysmal skills at java, I'm not the person to try it, but I get complaints about the missing cartographers all the time.

I follow this project since a long time, I just saw you started to update it for 1.13 :o I'm really happy to see the project is not dead! I didn't find any plugin like it!

With new things in 1.14, to you have time to update it? Do you need any help?
