Method for importing IRC logs #1

For those of us wanting to migrate from another logger, it would sure be nice to be able to run an easy "listener" on a directory that would just import all of the logfiles.

I've not done any ruby, but I'll probably take a stab at it eventually

hmm. on my centos box I can't get it to build anyway; isntalled the gems mentioned and two of them aparently require conflicting versions of sexp_processor (one ~> 4.0 and the other 3.2.0)
