Setting location in search returns zero results #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pass country code or postal code as SearchParams in searchPeople

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Non zero people who satisfy location criteria

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version.  Windows
