Add support for multiple murmur hosts #9

I'm adding a 2nd murmur host (US West/SF). Need to build support to handle multiple murmur hosts. Adding more hosts will be configured by settings.py.

http://sf.guildbit.com:8080/api/v1/servers/ was just deployed

Had some issues, but is done.
