The Czech translation is complete. Could we include it in the next release? #1266

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The translation into Czech is complete on POEditor, but not yet available in the release.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the Czech translation to be included in the next release.

Additional context I would like this in the next release at the latest because I suspect the fonts will be messed up for our special characters and this will require testing and an eventual bug fix.

Our event is in May 2024, so we would have to consider other alternatives if this is not done relatively soon.

hi @anthidote , about the fonts for the pdf, we are using the DejaVu set https://github.com/alfio-event/alf.io/tree/master/src/main/resources/alfio/font .

If I remember correctly, they should be able to handle Czech alphabet.

By the way, you can already check if there are issue with the current stable release: you can override the pdf template (and others templates) with your text =).

Hi @anthidote , we have merged your translation to the 2.0-M4-maintenance branch, so it will be included in the next release. We don't have an ETA for the actual release yet, will most likely happen early-mid Q4 of this year.

In the meantime, you can test the modifications by using the latest dev docker build
