Redirects to 8443 no matter what i do. SSL is also unexpectedly enabled #1317

Describe the bug The application redirects to port 8443 no matter what i set in the proxypass on apache or if i try to access it directly via wget for testing purposes. It also seems that SSL is automatically enabled no matter what.
