Angular, currently used in the public frontend, supports the latest two major versions of all browsers. See https://angular.io/guide/browser-support
This is not a problem for major browsers (Chrome/Edge, Firefox) but it is a potential issue for Safari users.
We should find a way to add a warning message and a link to BrowseHappy
