What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.hold power and reset
2.menu comes up
3.press A to access system menu
4.Reboot
 any ideas

sorry for the late response.

what version are you running? it might be interesting to have the usbgecko log 
but depending on the version for priiloader you either need a usbgecko, 
patience or sd/usb device
