Fix initial script how monitor device created, or just switch to monitor mode instead

Rewrite:

  1. Define dedicated wireless device for both monitor and injection
  2. Use dedicated device for initial mode switching to monitor
  3. Use dedicated device for dumping
  4. Use dedicated device for deauthing
