Reviewed "InTech-Left_ventricular_assist_devices_engineering_design_considerations" in some detail this evening. This approach uses "lumped electrical equivalent circuits" to model the LV - Pump interaction, Even with this simplification, the material presented will be challenging to many of our residents. Please review this paper (MHS Anes LVAD simulation team) and let me have your feedback;
