Apps installed from the Mac App Store have higher permissions. Add the tag manually by right-clicking → Get Info then adding an alfred:ignore
tag. The linked issue goes into more detail on why the workflow purposefully does not handle those cases.
@vitorgalvao Do you think there's anyway we can try to interprete the error message and provider a friendlier message in such case?
That’s not a bad idea. Thing is, this uses an Automation Task which needs to work generically so it can’t have a message too specific to the workflow. I’ll have a thought about this and try a few things.

This works on another mac M1 of mine, same OS version, same Alfred, and workflow version.
It happens when I try to ignore "1Password for Safari". An extension downloaded from Mac App Store. I think that's the problem.
