Reimplement photo gallery

"Photo gallery" was implemented using amp-carousel There still are some (nice to have) features missing though:

• Captions. AMP by Examples sample don't work well when each photo has different dimensions and/or orientation
• An image scroller below the main image area to go directly to any image - to be implemented with amp-bind (which is still in origin trial phase)
