The library you found is great !
The PDF shows them all in one file :
http://www.nps.gov/hfc/carto/symbols/other_symbols.pdf
This file also have some pictos :
http://www.nps.gov/hfc/carto/symbols/map_symbols.pdf
They say "NPS symbols are free and in the public domain" so we could use some of
their stuff.
I selected some icons in their library, check this image :

Matthias, are you OK with the selected icons and their category ?
Thanx "Pw.Robins" for the link :)

Here we go with the last three you needed :

http://google-maps-icons.googlecode.com/files/firstaid.png
http://google-maps-icons.googlecode.com/files/seals.png
Do you like them ?

well, I didn't need the seals - my point with them was that not many people
would need
them, but . . . :)
The drinking water is very good, but I think the colours on the first aid are
the
wrong way round: white on red is the Swiss flag; the Red Cross for first aid is
normally red on white.

Oops I made "seals", someday someone will need it (or not ^^)
For the firstaid, white on red is done on purpose : our red category is for
"Health"
stuff, and our design rule is white on colored background.
As you can see, we don't have a white category.
So sorry, I will keep it red on white :(
