Commit messages tell you everything, just small changes for consistency, typo fixes... etc.
The only big change is sitting-framework, anything that works by adding custom actions shouldn't be considered a framework, but I decided I'll change it so it will work by config entries only.
I also added events to goggles-framework, missile-guidance-framework and reloadlaunchers-framework.
