v0.1.1 = Strictness and performance enhancements #21

Tackle a couple of feature requests and bug fixes:

11 - Resolved the video blips (fluctuations)

14 - Add strictness control for the NSFW detection

17 - Blurry start for pictures

13 - Not totally replacing it, rather using a different approach with queues while prioritizing the currently viewed items

And other minor tweaks like age limit, adding feedback form, etc.
