Add password lock to settings #27

Some users have requested that settings (toggle on and off) should be password protected so the user doesn't disable the extension whenever they want (to resist themselves essentially) .

technically this wouldn't work due to Firefox and chrome just allowing you to turn off extensions in settings, instead it would be better to add extra steps to an installation guide with extra anti-nsfw help via things like cloudflare's DNS for anti adult content and whatever else there is. This would still product the same effect if not better of "is it really something I want to go out of my way to do"
