v0.1.2 - Great performance boost and bug fixes

This introduces v0.1.2 v0.1.3 , it comes with a great boost in speed and improvement for the sluggishness from previous versions, some of the issues tackled in this version:

• Significant improvement in speed of detection

• 32 : Initial good enough implementation, however, needs more testing and tuning

• 30 fix a bug where some images on some sites didn't get processed at all (there was logical flaw with excluding small images)

• 4 The accuracy was slightly enhanced by allowing more faces to be detected (3 vs 2)

• Add redirection form after a user uninstalls to collect feedback
• Unblur on hover disabled by default
• Standardize dataset variables (HBstatus and HBresults) using enums
• Very basic and initial fix for #29

Granted, some of these changes need further improvement and some bugs may be introduced but I wanted to release this because it greatly solves the slowness issue.

There was a couple of bugs resulting from the timeout and the new way of running the runDetection function, those should be have been addresses in this last commit

the use of timeouts is to be safe in case runDetection gets stuck for whatever reason (this used to happen before this commit where elements would be stuck at queued and not get processed idk why)

however they might not go into the release of v.0.1.2 (I am considering deferring the publish to include this fix or to just let it publish and then include it in v0.1.3)

So yeah I decided to release v0.1.3 immediately after v0.1.2 which is just a fix for an issue in v.0.1.2, 0.1.3 is currently pending review
