Improvement to the speed of the extension by :

Using offscreen document for processing (similar to how a background script would be used) #36
Using queues to manage concurrency of loading and processing
somehow using human.image function was slower than directly using tf.fromPixels
reducing image size and increasing confidence score (tradeoff between speed and accuracy unfortunately)

Also added new setting to toggle grayscale on/off

TODO: (issues to be opened)

improve video detection performance
make sure the video canvas is hidden
