Removed commas. #50

There is a comma in the original English text, so the CSV separator is wrong. Tentatively fixed for English and Japanese. The sentences are broken, so the translation has been changed. I think there will be a response to CrowdIn, so you can cancel the pull request if there is a problem.

Thanks for the reply. I've added the quotes as you pointed out. Since it is the original text, I tried to make the changes as small as possible.
