Feature: Copy-paste restrictions between buildings

An option to copy/paste settings from one building to another.

• Copy/paste buttons on restrictions panels?
• Click a similar building on the map?

Technically already in, actually, but not publicised as needs a little more polish (Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V). Adding buttons is part of that polish.
