gpgkeys: HTTP fetch error 7: couldn't connect: Connection timed out #7

I keep receiving this error when trying to run the script: 

Executing: gpg --ignore-time-conflict --no-options --no-default-keyring --secret-keyring /tmp/tmp.v0202YwFx2 --trustdb-name /etc/apt/trustdb.gpg --keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg --primary-keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com CEC45805
gpg: requesting key CEC45805 from hkp server keyserver.ubuntu.com
?: keyserver.ubuntu.com: Connection timed out
gpgkeys: HTTP fetch error 7: couldn't connect: Connection timed out
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0

@sciencepro, this is a result of a bad network connection of the MIT server was down at the time. I am sure this was resolved if you attempted it another time. Let me know if it still an issue

@alghanmi i keep trying another time but it still an issue
