Could this tool be applied to IGHC regions as well? #4

Is there any way this tool could be easily modified for to genotype the IGHC region instead of the variable region?

Hey Alison, its not something we've looked into yet because we didn't realize there was interest, but I can definitely give it a go. We should be coming out with a new version that also genotypes IGHD, J and IGLV.
