During competitions, it may be necessary for the contestant to ask the question regarding the tasks (e.g. asking to explain some ambiguities). Two visibility levels are necessary: private (visible only to the staff members and the reporter) and public (visible to everyone). Staff should be able to change visibility level for each post in the conversation independently. Probably it would be good to have something like very simple discussion board.
