Posts not being removed from index after permanently being deleted from WordPress #779

What did you expect to happen?
Posts to be removed from the index when deleted permanently.
What happened instead?
Posts are not being deleted.
How can we reproduce this behavior?
Index posts, delete post permanently, check index and post is still there.
Can you provide a link to a page which shows this issue?
