feat(crawler): option to exclude portions of articles from indexing #118

Add option to exclude certain portion of an article to be indexed to Algolia by wrapping it between <!-- algolia-ignore --> <!-- /algolia-ignore --> comments.

One small note: for the documentation your write to end up in the documentation page, the content needs to be in app/README.md. :) I'll take care of it!
