Cleanup CSS mess #5

@shipow you proposed we clean up the CSS and provide better defaults, like a home template. Can you help me on that? Thanks!

This might benefit from waiting for the aerial v2 release (Q2 2018?)

I dunno, thoughts @ronanlevesque maybe? It seems the default CSS setup of the boilerplate is not the best one

If we could avoid sass, that would be really nice for install times

As @pixelastic said I would rather wait for the V2 of Aerial and have a complete overhaul then.

(Don't worry, it won't be Sass anymore 🙂 )
