Version 0.5.15 can't run with npx #138

When trying to run npx firestore-algolia-search it just fails, but pinning it to version 0.5.14 works. Failure is Error: could not determine executable to run

using npx firestore-algolia-search@0.5.14 works for me. npm version 18.2.0

I have fixed the issue in the latest firestore-algolia-search package.
